1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Focus360 ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this Application.

2. Not Financial Advice

Focus360 provides AI-generated probabilistic scenarios for educational and informational purposes only. The Application does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals with any guarantee of accuracy or certainty. All outputs are probabilistic estimates generated by artificial intelligence and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

The AI models (OpenAI GPT-4o, Anthropic Claude, and others) may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading analyses. Market conditions change rapidly, and past patterns do not guarantee future performance. Focus360 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analysis provided.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Any trading or investment decisions you make
Verifying all information and analysis before acting on it
Consulting with a licensed financial advisor before making trading decisions
Understanding the risks involved in futures commodity trading
Managing your own risk exposure and capital

5. Risk Disclosure

6. API Keys & Security

You are responsible for the security of your API keys. Your API keys are stored in your browser's local storage and are only sent to the AI provider you select (OpenAI or Anthropic). Focus360 does not store, transmit, or have access to your API keys on any server. You are responsible for any charges incurred through the use of your API keys.

7. Data & Privacy

All user data (account information, algorithm settings, trading data) is stored locally in your browser. Focus360 does not collect, store, or transmit personal data to any external server other than the AI provider APIs you explicitly configure. Your prompts and data are sent to the selected AI provider subject to their respective privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus360 and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made based on the Application's outputs.

9. Intellectual Property

The Focus360 application, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creators. You may not redistribute, resell, or modify the Application without prior written consent.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
